He is specialized in Management consulting and Interim Management to execute restructuring and change-management-projects for performance improvement, cost reduction and digital transformation of industrial companies. Before founding MANAGEMENT & CONSULT Peter Feussner was CEO of Wassermann AG, Consultancy and board member of the international Swisslog Group.

Jochen M. Schmid Dipl. Ing. works for more than 20 years in the Supply Chain environment of well-known international operating companies of the producing industry. Based on his expertise as project manager, plant manager and COO for mechanical engineering, process industry and the manufacturing of durable consumer goods, he successfully takes over assignments as project manager and interim manager in production, materials management and logistics since 2005.
His core competences are business process re-engineering and efficiency improvements, especially in planning, materials management and production control. On top of that he is skilled in comprehensive SAP R/3 user knowledge in the modules MM, PP and SD.

Tim Seidenfad Dipl. Ing. is an expert in project management, scheduling, material management and order planning. Since 2002 he is working in several projects and industries as SAP consultant and manager. His know-how covers the complete life cycle of a SAP implementation or optimization. This includes concept creation, implementation, customizing, test, migration, change management, roll out and afterwards go-live support.
The focus of his consultancy is the integration of the SAP module PS with the logistic modules MM and PP, as well as the connection via interface of external project management, time tracking and scheduling (e.g. Primavera or MS-Project) tools into SAP PS.
Tim Seidenfad is co-owner of INSCOPUS GmbH. Before founding INSCOPUS GmbH he was Senior Consultant at BearingPoint.
